Terms of Payment

2.Project fees (payable to architects), changing the type of usage of the
land (the land is agricultural type), planning permission issue, etc. Therefore this
30% will cover all necessary application documents. Time for completion of the
first stage: 6-8 months.
Installment 2 - 30% of the project price due at the very beginning of the construction work
Installment 3 - 30% of the project price due at reaching roof stage
Installment 4 - 10% of the project price due at receiving the key
