Terms of Payment:

1st.payment - 30% of the project plus price of the plot.
This includes:
1.Developing of the infrastructure: connecting water and electricity supply.
2.Project fees (payable to architects), changing the type of usage of the
land (the land is agricultural type), planning permission issue, etc. Therefore this
30% will cover all necessary application documents. Time for completion of the
first stage: 6-8 months.
2nd.payment - 30% of the project: payable at the very beginning of the construction work.
3th.payment - 30% of the project: payable at the finishing of the rough stage or completion of the roof.
4th.payment - 10% at receiving the key.
