The ancient town of Plovdiv is the second-biggest city in Bulgaria which has its own International Airport and is one of the oldest settlements in Europe. Throughout its 8,000 year history different cultures and civilizations have left their marks in this beautiful place where modern life co-exists with the imposing landmarks of the past such as the fully preserved Roman Theater, Thracian fortress, the 17th century ‘Old Town’, etc.

There is also a small lake right next to the plot which only adds more color to the beauty of the place.



The house:

Ground floor consist of one bedroom with bathroom and fitted wardrobe, living room, dining room and kitchenette.
Second floor consists of two bedrooms each with its own terrace, bathroom and fitted wardrobe. The house is completed as follows:
- Flooring: granitogres tiles /color by choice/
- Walls and ceiling: latex
- Joinery work: PVC /colored/
- Outer isolation and outer facing: mineral plaster.

We offer on request variety of plots in size and location. As an option there is also a swimming pool at the price of 20000 euros.


Terms of Payment:

Deposit – 1500 euro plus 10% for reserving the plot.

1st.payment - 30% of the project plus price of the plot.

This includes:
1.Developing of the infrastructure: connecting water and electricity supply.
2.Project fees (payable to architects), changing the type of usage of the
land (the land is agricultural type), planning permission issue, etc. Therefore this
30% will cover all necessary application documents. Time for completion of the
first stage: 6-8 months.

2nd.payment - 30% of the project: payable at the very beginning of the construction work.

3th.payment - 30% of the project: payable at the finishing of the rough stage or putting the
roof.

4th.payment - 10% at receiving the key.


PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE PRICE OF THE PLOT


The time for construction work is 12 months but it may vary according to the area for construction and season for starting.
