INTERIOR CENTER is situated on the regulated junction to Nessebar which guarantees easy and comfortable access to it. E-87 First Class Road is the main route to all the major towns and resorts on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast and to the borderline with Turkey as well.
Recently the infrastructure and development of the region went through a vast and quick upsurge which lead to an unprecedented building activity. Next to the Center are situated the newly-opened Building Supermarket ‘Masterhouse’, a Grocery’s storehouse and few office buildings.
INTERIORI CENTER is situated 20 minutes drive away from downtown Burgas and only 3 minutes drive from Sunny Beach and Nessebar.
The main idea of the project is to combine the function of commercial and exhibition spaces, storage area and administrational purposes. Therefore, the building is separated in two parts – commercial and administrative, which can function at the same time and without interfering one another’s activities.
In terms of spatial composition the building will present two orthogonal prisms parallel one to another.
The commercial and exhibition spaces are designed with a spacious atrium which will be well illuminated due to the large roof and wall glazing. In the atrium there are an escalator and a panoramic lift serving the entire building.
The administrative part is completed in the modern office building style based on comfort and functionality and with an added touch of romance by the magnificent view towards the sea.
INTERIOR CENTER has a total built area of 6 000 square meters on 3255 sq.m. plot of land and consists of 6 floors – 3 commercial, 2 administrative and 1 for storages. An outdoors parking with a total of 100 parking lots is provided.
There are a total of 15 stores and 14 offices.
The underground floor consists of a foyer, one supermarket situated at the front side of the building, storages for the other stores, elevator installation, 1 elevator and staircases.
